The Great Wall Of China passes through various mountains and plateaus, deserts as well as grasslands. This gigantic wall stretches around 6,700kms which is from east to west of China. The wall starts from Shanhaiguan Pass and then passes through Liaoning, Hebei, Beijing, Tianjin, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Ningxia, Shaanxi, Gansu and then reaches Jiayuguan.

This wall is considered to protect the three important states of Yan, Zhao as well as Qin. This also helped to save China from the dangerous invasions of the Huns. This has also made this wall a national monument of the country.
