Tian Tan: It is the largest preserved lamasery in Beijing.Tian Tan or the Temple of Heaven was built by emperors in ancient China to worship Heaven. Yonghegong which is also known as the palace of eternal harmony or “Lamasery” lies on the esatern side of the Yonghegong street.
Lushan Mountain: is one of the important mountain of China and is situated on the Jiangxi province in the southernpart of Jiujiang City. It covers an area of 300 square kilometers.
Dahanyang Peak: is the highest peak and is famous for its panoramic beauty and picturesque view. There are many impressive and wonderful peaks, unique waterfalls and historical sites. The main scenic spots on the mountain are the peak of the five old men, threestep spring, Hanpo pass, Lulin lake, great Tianchi lake, Donglin temple, white deer cave academy, Lushan museum and so forth. It is the summer resort for patients and recuperate.
Peking Man Site: on the Longgu mountain, in the Zhoukoudian Village in Beijing is listed as world cultural heritage site in 1997. It is a complete skull of an ape man and it dates back to 600,000 years. This has been discovered by archaeologists in 1920s. The use of stone tools and evidence of Peking Man's use of fire has also been found here.
