The Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade is the urbane area in the district of Yau Tsim Mong in southern Kowloon, Hong Kong. Tsim Sha Tsui is bordered by the Austin road in the north and the Hong Chong road in the east. In other words, it is a dry land in the bottom most part of the Kowloon peninsula that points towards the Harbor of Victoria. Initially, it was also known as Heung Po Tau which essentially meant a port for exporting scented tree.
