Lantau Island Track is 70 kilometers and long and stretches all over th island and connects each and every tourist spot in the island very well. As then transportation system is not very well-developed in Lantau Island you may follow this track to reach to Po Lin Monastery and the Big Buddha. Lantau Island Track is the easiest way to reach Tung Chung from Po Lin Monastery. The Lantau Island Track would also take you to the Old Village and a wonderful waterfall. However while starting to walk on the Lantau Island Track you musty be careful about th steep climbs that you would get in the way. If you are a aged person walking on Lantau Island Track may not be a very good idea for you.
