Situated on the top of a hill, the 10,000 Buddhas Monastery is a nine-storey pagoda which is considered as one of the most unique sacred sites in Hong Kong by the people of the region. For reaching the 10,000 Buddhas Monastery , you need to climb up 400 steps on the hill and while climbing up you would get to see plenty of life size Buddha statues of different shapes and sizes. After reaching the top pf the hill you would get to see the pagoda and a temple which is decorated by more than 13000 small Buddha statues. Inside the monastery you would find large number of colored Buddha statues with different human expressions and emotions. You would also find some female incarnations. Inside the main hall of the monastery you would find the body of the founder covered in gold and would also find innumerable small Buddha statues on the walls.
