Located at distance of 10 minutes from the city center of Sha Tin, Snoopy's World is the first outdoor playground for children in the country and also the second worldwide. The theme based on which the park has been designed crates a sensation among children and the facilities available here creates fun among them. Snoopy's World is located on level 3 in Sha Tin New Town Plaza and is decorated by 60 different cartoon characters among which Snoopy is the largest.
The facilities available in Snoopy's World include doghouse museum, school bus, school plaza, boating channel, playground and pavilion. Children would surely enjoy the three minutes long canoe ride in the boating channel. Another interesting thing in Snoopy's World is a 4.5 meter tall Snoopy's House which is actually a museum of peanuts character and Charles Schulz, the creator of the characters. Children The other major attraction of Snoopy's World is the Music Fountain. At the time of opening, the music fountain in Sha Tin Town Plaza was the largest of its kind.
