East Rail: Operating between Hung Hom in Kowloon to Lo Wu in New Territories. The east rail covers 34 kilometers and is with 13 stations.
West Rail: Operating between Sham Shui Po in western Kowloon to Tuen Mun in northwest new territories. This route covers 30.5 kilometers and with 9 stations.
Light Rail: Operating between New Territories town of Tuen Mun and Yuen Long. This route covers 36.15 kilometers and is with 68 stations.
Intercity Passenger Service : Three intercity train services are available to China mainland with the following lines:
- Beijing line
- Shanghai line
- Guangdong line
